Our products are distributed across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, where we prioritize delivering innovative solutions to enhance our customers' daily lives. We're currently seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team and drive the creation of compelling video and photo content for our existing and upcoming product lines.

**Position Overview**: As a Visual Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement through captivating videos and images. You'll be responsible for generating ideas, coordinating with the team, and executing content creation initiatives across various platforms. From Reels to marketing videos, instructional guides to lifestyle imagery, you'll be instrumental in showcasing our products in the best light.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop high-quality videos and photos for a variety of purposes, including product marketing, tutorials, FAQs, unboxing, and lifestyle imagery. Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- **Idea Generation**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate creative ideas for video and image content. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy and maintain relevancy.
- **Content Editing**: Utilize editing software to enhance and refine video and photo content. Edit images and videos to ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and freelancers to execute content creation initiatives. Manage the entire content creation process from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Platform Optimization**: Optimize multimedia content for different platforms, including Amazon A+ listings, social media channels, and our website. Implement best practices for SEO and engagement to maximize reach and visibility.
- **Copyright Compliance**: Stay informed about copyright infringement policies and guidelines to ensure all content created adheres to legal regulations. Take necessary precautions to avoid copyright issues and protect the brand's reputation.
- **A+ Content Creation**: Develop compelling content for Amazon A+ listings, main images, and lifestyle imagery. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and informative product listings that drive sales and conversion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in video and photo shoot production, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling ability, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content guidelines and requirements is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
