**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for both residential and commercial projects.
- Develop architectural designs for elevations and structures based on client specifications, functionality, and aesthetic preferences.
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and blueprints for both new construction and renovation projects.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the seamless execution of designs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of ongoing construction projects and provide feedback on designs as required.
- Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to present designs and provide updates on project progress.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and client satisfaction is achieved.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for designing functional and visually appealing spaces.
