**Objectives of this Role**
- Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high-quality projects by collaborating with all internal and external teams
- Lead the creation of a conceptual framework for projects, Incorporating company standards, goals, and brand ideals

**Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered
- Conceptualize and design buildings, developing plans describing design specifications, and building materials.
- Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications, and survey notes in an organized manner.
- Monitor activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications
- Assist and support architects in executing multiple architectural projects.
- Ensure compliance with all architectural guidelines and standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, or design from an accredited college/university of architecture.
- 5-8 years of experience in architectural design.
- Should have critical and analytical thinking.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in architecture
