**Traffic Executives**

They will be required to hire trailers of various sizes from the market at competitive rates (and possibly cranes as well, as and when needed)

They will need to visit fleet owners, brokers etc. and establish / maintain relationships into the long term

They should keep their ear to the ground and gather market information that will be useful to the company

Should be capable of liaising with customers to update status of shipments over and above what is available through the company’s automated systems and alerts

Ensure prompt and timely loading, unloading etc.

Troubleshoot any issues during the delivery process by co-ordinating with the appropriate in-house as well as 3rd party personnel / entities for smooth operations

Ensure all documentation is done appropriately and on time

**Profile**:
Experience in performing above tasks - a minimum of 2-3 years, more preferable

Polite and ethical behaviour while being firm and decisive in their actions

Good communication, negotiation and relationship building skills,

A graduate degree

Ability to speak in the local language as well as reasonable English and Hindi language skills

Be able to deal with drivers, porters, loaders, unloaders etc.

Be able to work with computers, custom ERP, MS-Office etc. (PBL uses technology in almost all its workflows and reporting)

The ability to work unsupervised

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
