A Logistics Transportation Traffic Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the efficient movement of goods and materials. They ensure timely deliveries, optimize routes, and handle logístical challenges while adhering to regulations and safety standards. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Transportation Planning and Execution**: This includes creating transportation plans, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
- **Route Optimization**: Planning and optimizing delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize transportation costs.
- **Liaising with Stakeholders**: Collaborating with drivers, vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless coordination and timely deliveries.
- **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**: Addressing transportation challenges, making strategic decisions about route optimization, carrier selection, and supply chain disruptions.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensuring adherence to transportation regulations and safety standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining accurate transportation records, reports, and invoices.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying areas for improvement in transportation processes and implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong understanding of transportation and logistics principles: This** includes knowledge of various modes of transportation (truck, rail, air, sea) and their respective regulations.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Effective** communication is crucial for liaising with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- **Proficiency in relevant software: This** may include logistics management software, route optimization tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Ability to analyze data and identify trends: Analyzing** data on transportation costs, delivery times, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- **Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities: This** is essential for handling unexpected issues and making quick decisions under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
