**Role: Customer Service Voice**
- Handling customer queries Internet / telecom/ Basic Troubleshooting Concerns
- Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services offered by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Undergraduate

Should have excellent English language skills

Should have good computers knowledge and latest operating systems

Experience: Must have minimum 6 months of bpo experience preferably in international bpo, international voice, us voice, process associate

Able to join immediately

Location: Sector 81, Noida

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
