**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you have the flexibility to choose your working hours as long as you dedicate 6 hours a day. Your compensation is based on the work you do: when managing active client campaigns, you will earn higher due to project-based incentives, while during bench periods, your pay will be lower.

**Compensation Details**:

- **Base Salary**: ₹10,000/month (fixed)
- **Project Work**: Higher pay based on client campaigns and engagement metrics
- **Bench Time**: Lower pay during non-billable periods
- **Work Hours**: 6 hours/day (flexible timing)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee social media accounts for clients across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to boost brand presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role managing social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Creativity and ability to adapt content style for various brands and industries.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design is a plus.
