**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend new approaches for effective online presence.

**Content Creation**:

- Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.

**Community Management**:

- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.

**Stay Updated on Trends**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new social media features to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Test and implement innovative ideas to improve social media presence and engagement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**:₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
