**DESIGNATION** Teacher Associate

**LEVEL** Trainee/Officer
**REPORTING TO** Project Head /Manager

**ROLE DESCRIPTION** Teaching spoken English to secondary section school students in partner schools.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Teaching**
- Teaching spoken English to secondary section in partner schools
- Learning platform activities
- Doing assessment and reviews through pre-test and post test

**Documentation &Reporting**
- Follow all reporting systems strictly, daily/weekly/monthly
- Maintain attendance and log sheets,
- Maintaining and recording all data as per internal processes
- Attending team meetings regularly

**Relationship (Internal &External)**
- Maintain good rapport with school Student/ teachers and parents.
- Very effective internal co-ordination, communication and ability to work as a member of large teams.

**Training &Development**
- Contribute with ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
- Participate in the regular training program organized for the team.

**CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS**:
B.Ed/D.Ed/Graduate Fresher or exp

1-3 years in teaching english

18-40

**WORK SKILLS** School related teaching experience preferable with primary school willing to travel to slum area schools

Excellent English, Communication in local language, basic computer skills

**ATTRIBUTES** Creative, good communicator, patient, disciplined.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**NATURE OF JOB** Permanent on payroll/Contract

**LOCATION** HO

**HOURS OF WORK** 6/8 hours 6 days a week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
