**Position: Account Assistant**

**Location :Nariman Point, Mumbai**

**Working days: Mon-Fri, Day shift**

**Overview of Position**:
The accounts assistant’s goal is to help our accounting department run smoothly, ensuring

transparency and efficiency in all transactions by performing daily accounting tasks that will

support our financial team. This includes managing expense reports and reimbursements,

entering financial transactions into our systems and reconciling invoices.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into our accounting system
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits

**Qualifications**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Working knowledge of Accounting and Payroll software and systems such as Tally Prime
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and juggle concurrent demands.
- Work accurately with close attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Minimum education, training, and experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline required.
- At least 2+ years of experience in the field of accounting.

Pay: ₹8,610.98 - ₹32,929.01 per month
