Location: Chandni Chowk, Delhi
Experience: 4+ Years
Timings: 10:00 Am To 7:30 PM

**Salary**: up to 20000 Per Month

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Collection Agent, preferably in the wholesale industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial systems and basic accounting practices on Busy Software.

Key Responsibilities: -Handle payment collections from clients and ensure timely receipt of funds. -Maintain accurate records of all transactions and follow up with clients for pending payments. -Work in a busy, fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients simultaneously. -Negotiate payment terms with clients as needed and resolve any disputes or issues. -Build strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth collection processes. -Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment follow-up. -Provide regular reports to management on collection status and outstanding payments.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
