The company boasts a specialized mapping team to support talent partners in conducting targeted searches, resulting in a 95% shortlisting rate and expedited hiring processes. Qrata's clientele includes late-stage companies such as Nykaa, Dream11, PharmEasy, JioSaavn, Marico, among others. Notably, Qrata excels in hiring for early-stage startups, overcoming challenges through its structured processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Mapping**:

- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential talent within fast-growing startup ecosystems.
- **Sourcing Talent**:

- **Recruitment Support**:

- Assist recruitment professionals in the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure positions are closed efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably within a startup environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
