**Job Title**: Cleaning Services Supervisor

**Location**: Surat-Gujarat

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Job Timing**: 07:Am to 04:Pm

**Salary**: Range-13k to 16k

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.

2. Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.

3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure high cleanliness standards.

4. Assign duties and manage staff schedules.

5. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.

6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

7. Address client complaints and resolve issues promptly.

8. Maintain records of work completed, staff attendance, and incident reports.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in a supervisory role in cleaning services or a related field.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.

4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
