Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Provide visitors with an appropriate answer for all their inquiries.
- The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls as necessary.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Order front office supplies and keep the inventory of stock.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Plan, create and execute social media marketing calendar
- Understand social media metrics and analytics
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Coordinates social media messaging, managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
- Increase organic reach and engagement
- Create and track paid campaigns
- Be able to track social media influencers, run influencer campaigns if necessary
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns, insights
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new food menu releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Prior experience in influencer marketing and basic content photography skills, and comfortable in making reels
- Comfortable with going to the location and assisting content shoots, and taking some content independently as well.

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
