4. **Engagement and Interaction**:

- Foster engagement with the audience through comments, live sessions, and interactive features.
- Respond to queries and comments promptly, creating a positive and supportive online learning community.

5. **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the curriculum team to align video content with ongoing courses and study plans.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall online learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of UPSC mains examination and interview.
- Proven experience in creating educational content for YouTube or similar platforms.
