**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.

2. Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks.

3. Provide security guidance and training to employees and clients.

4. Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement and other stakeholders as necessary.

5. Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.

6. Monitor and report on security-related issues and trends.

7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to security.

8. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other security stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
1. 3+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.

2. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in security management, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

8. Physical fitness and ability to work in a variety of environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experience working in a security field officer role or similar position.

2. Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and industry standards.

3. Familiarity with security technologies, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

4. Experience with crisis management and emergency response.

5. Bilingual or multilingual skills.
