**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in architecture from a reputed university/institution/College.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- A robust portfolio showcasing luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and 3D Modelling + Rendering Software.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
- Must have Knowledge in Landscape, Lighting Design, MEP, Structure, and Civil Works.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design innovative architectural solutions.
- Manage and oversee projects from design through to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Authority regulations and standards.
