**Job Title**: US IT Recruiter (Day-Shift)

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to fully understand their hiring needs and requirements, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- **Job Postings & Advertising**: Write and post job advertisements for IT roles on relevant platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, and the company website.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting or technical recruiting. Prior experience in sourcing and recruiting for roles such as software developers, network engineers, data analysts, or cybersecurity specialists is a plus.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of IT roles and technical skills (e.g., programming languages, cloud platforms, databases, software development, cybersecurity).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Tools & Technology**: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor), and recruiting tools.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with US-based clients and understanding of the US job market.
- Background in staffing agencies or corporate recruitment teams.
- Familiarity with various IT roles (e.g., software engineers, system administrators, cloud architects, etc.).
