The role of a Business Development Manager is to assist the organization sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients.

**The primary role and responsibilities: -**
- Making contact with new customers to build rapport and schedule meetings.
- Planning and managing marketing campaigns.
- Increasing the worth of existing clients while luring new ones.
- Discovering, growing, and improving new markets and sales.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Generating Leads through various online / offline sources
- Make cold calls for new business leads.
- Support in writing business proposals.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers.

**Required skills and experience: -**
- Must possess strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- Must be able to create good presentations.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients

**Language: Gujarti &English**

**Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month plus incentives**

**Location: Bangalore**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jayanagar, Bengaluru - 560041, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
