As a Oracle Talent Advisor, you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high-caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the entire recruiting life cycle within assigned businesses. **Responsibilities** - Experience and creativity in recruiting - Ability to communicate and influence across all levels of hiring management and leadership - Organizational skills to effectively handle multiple priorities - Self-sufficient and able to work independently - Willingness and ability to have difficult conversations - Expects changes in priorities and communicate the "why" as they collaborate with others Description: This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, qualifying and closing high-quality, often passive talent, and creating programmatic approaches to hiring, including a focus on building engagement strategies with diverse populations in partnership with the designated businesses. Principal Talent Advisors are business consultants who bring operational excellence and creative ideas to multi-faceted, competitive challenges. They are trusted with strategic responsibility and ownership for securing the company's most business-critical assets - outstanding employees. As a Recruiter with the Oracle Talent Advisory team, you are a critical partner to the business and at the helm of recruiting strategy execution. You will collaborate, deliver hiring results, and earn trust with budget owners and hiring managers at all levels, and partner effectively cross-functionally with HR, Compensation, and other critical internal partner groups in a complex global enterprise. The Person In This Role Expected to - Contribute to defining and leading the execution of recruiting strategy in partnership with the business and, potentially, with a team of sourcing recruiters. - Lead meetings with business groups to include internal movement discussions and collaborate in job scoping talks as needed. - Own the preparation and delivery of open role status reports, leading reviews on active searches, and calibration discussions. - Use data to confidently identify roadblocks and solutions in recruiting and influence critical customers around important decisions. - Prepare, deliver, and negotiate offer packages, helping Oracle attract and secure top industry talent. - Gather market intelligence on compensation, titles, and other employment trends and share internally to improve the hiring strategy - Share standard methodologies to improve not only their performance but that of the team around them
