**Job Summary**:
As an Import Executive, you will manage and oversee all import operations, ensuring timely and compliant shipments. You will coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize the import process. Your role will be key in ensuring seamless customs clearance, cost efficiency, and documentation accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders for import shipments.

Ensure all documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations, are accurate and compliant.

Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and handle any delays or discrepancies.

Manage communication with international suppliers and carriers.

Ensure compliance with all import regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.

Analyze import data to optimize costs and operational efficiency.

Resolve issues related to customs, shipment delays, or incorrect documentation.

Collaborate with the internal logistics and supply chain teams.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in import operations, customs clearance, or freight forwarding.

Strong knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Certification in import/export operations.

Familiarity with customs brokerage systems.
