Debt Collector

**Key Duties and Responsibilities Include**:
**FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED**
- Manage day-to-day Credit Control & Debt Collection activities via a national team
- Drive outbound fees collection calls/activity
- Manage reduction of bad debt provision
- Review and analyze operational performance
- Generate monthly management reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Mentor and develop staff to implement best practice initiatives
- Work with stakeholders to reduce credit risk and bad debt for the company
- Update changes and confirm payments
- Negotiating and monitoring payment plans
- Early identification of hardship triggers and providing support to students
- Adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Identify process improvement areas and implement accordingly
- Complete any other tasks as reasonably requested by management

**What you need?**
- 2+ years relevant experience within credit environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Collections experience in a high-volume environment
- Commercial/ B2B Collection experience
- Good working knowledge of the Australian
- Privacy Principles guidelines & Privacy Act.

**Salary**: ₹18,387.09 - ₹25,016.80 per month
