Leading retail showroom looking for a **Front Office Receptionist **in **Hosur** location
**Industry**:Home Decors & Furnishings/ Ceramics & Sanitaryware
**Qualification**:Any relevant degree
**Experience**: 2+ years of exp as receptionist or customer service (Preferably from Retail outlet)
**Salary**: Up to 20,000/Month + Health Insurance benefits.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM software preferably Zoho books.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pleasant and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers, vendors, and visitors; ensure welcoming atmosphere.
2. Manage front desk operations, including phone calls and walk-ins.
3. Handle inquiries, provide product information, and direct customers to sales teams.
4. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
5. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
**Only immediate joiners are required.**
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
