Ltd.. is looking for A Sheet Metal Fabrication Industries Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a sheet metal fabrication production line, ensuring efficient production of high-quality components by assigning tasks, monitoring quality control, managing workflow, and maintaining safety standards while adhering to production schedules and customer specifications, often requiring a strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, blueprint reading, and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop and manage production schedules based on customer orders and material availability.
- Allocate tasks to production personnel across different shifts to meet production targets.
- Monitor workflow to identify and address potential bottlenecks.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly, collaborating with the quality control department.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring quality problems.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and motivate a team of sheet metal fabricators, including assigning tasks, providing training, and performance evaluations.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Foster a culture of safety and adherence to company policies.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Thorough understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes like laser cutting, bending, punching, and welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Knowledge of material handling and inventory management practices.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Monitor the condition of production machinery and report any maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track production metrics such as output, scrap rates, and cycle times.
- Generate reports on production performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement process optimization strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Skills**: Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication processes, including knowledge of different cutting and bending techniques.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
