**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and update reservation systems using IDS and Channel Manager Staah.
- Communicate with customers to confirm and clarify reservation details.
- Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar reservation or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
