The Saadhan on Ganges is a prestigious 4-star hotel situated on the tranquil banks of the Ganges River in Rishikesh. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality, luxurious accommodations, and rejuvenating experiences for our guests. To support our growing operations, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Reservation Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in IDS Software is mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling reservations and guest information.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
