- **Sales and Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer appropriate two-wheeler solutions.
- Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and technical specifications of motorcycles and scooters.
- Conduct test rides with customers to showcase the performance and features of vehicles.
- Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the available two-wheeler models, including specifications, performance, and features.
- Stay updated on new models, offers, and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist customers in understanding the maintenance, insurance, and warranty options available for their purchase.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional after-sales service.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and gather feedback.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Sales Targets and Performance**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track and report sales progress, including daily activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by actively participating in sales campaigns and promotions.
- **Promotions and Dealership Branding**:

- Promote dealership events, offers, and new launches to increase foot traffic and sales opportunities.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and activities to enhance the visibility of the dealership and its products.
- **Sales Documentation**:

- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately, including contracts, registration, and financing paperwork.
- Coordinate with the finance team to arrange customer financing and insurance options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activity in the dealership’s CRM system.
- **Market Research and Feedback**:

- Collect feedback from customers to provide insights into customer preferences, competitor products, and market trends.
- Identify potential opportunities for sales growth and contribute ideas for improving the dealership’s offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
