The Store Helper is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store or warehouse. This role involves helping with inventory management, product stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Store Helper ensures that products are readily available and supports the store team in providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing products in the store or warehouse.
- Help with inventory checks, stocktaking, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- **Stocking and Merchandising**:

- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, properly organized, and labeled.
- Arrange and display products in an attractive and accessible manner.
- Assist with replenishing merchandise as needed.
- **Customer Assistance**:

- Help customers locate items in the store and assist with product selection.
- Provide information about product availability and answer basic inquiries.
- Assist with carrying or packing items for customers when needed.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Keep the store and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Dispose of packaging materials and ensure the store is clutter-free.
- Assist in organizing storerooms and maintaining proper product storage.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in managing deliveries, packing, and loading products for shipment or transport.
- Support other staff with tasks as directed by the Store Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
