Job Title: Interior Carpentry Helper

**Job Description**:
An interior carpentry helper provides assistance and support to interior carpenters in the completion of interior construction projects. They work closely with the carpentry team to ensure the smooth execution of tasks related to the installation, repair, and maintenance of interior woodwork and fixtures.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist interior carpenters in the installation of doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other interior woodwork.

Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment required for interior carpentry projects.

Carry and transport materials to work areas, ensuring they are safely stored and readily accessible.

Help with measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood materials according to project specifications.

Support carpenters in the setup and operation of power tools, hand tools, and machinery.

Hold and secure materials in place during installation, ensuring accuracy and precision.

Assist in the installation of hardware, such as hinges, knobs, handles, and locks.

Clean and maintain work areas, keeping them free from debris and hazards.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaborate with the carpentry team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Learn and develop carpentry skills through on-the-job training and experience.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Basic knowledge of interior carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

Physical fitness and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials.

Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. HINDI,MARATHI

Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and tasks.

Willingness to learn and develop carpentry skills specific to interior work.

Prior experience as an interior carpentry helper or in a related construction role is advantageous but not always required.
