Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern to manage and enhance social media

presence. This role involves curating engaging content, interacting with our audience, and analyzing

performance metrics to ensure we effectively reach and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging, and relevant content, including posts, stories,

and videos.

Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a community around the

QUA brand.

Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Instagram Insights and Google

Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure visual and textual content aligns with the

brand’s tone and style.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, ensuring 1Chaze

remains relevant and competitive in the market.

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations and

promotions.

Report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing/ Graduate in any stream and open

to learn.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.

Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and content creation tools like Canva or Adobe

Creative Suite is a plus.

Passion for fitness, sports, or nutrition is highly desirable.
