**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for parents and students regarding academic updates and queries.
- Coordinate day-to-day academic and administrative activities for Classes 8th to 10th.
- Maintain student records, attendance and performance tracking.
- Assist teachers in curriculum planning, lesson execution and assessment processes.
- Organize student Doubt classes, events, workshops and academic competitions.
- Monitor classroom discipline, student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Ensure implementation of institute policies and quality standards.
- Implement various student welfare/performance improvement plans.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduation ( Regular/Full Time) from a reputed college
- Prior experience in academic coordination, teaching or student management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for working with students and fostering a learning environment.
