**Designation**: International Voice Process Executive

**Languages**: Tamil, English

**Qualification**: Graduate

**Experience**: Minimum 1 yr exp in Customer Support Voice Process is Mandatory.

**Shift**: Night shift ,24/7 shift

**Salary**: 18k-40K

**Location**: Ambattur, Chennai.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1)**Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service.

**2)**Make outbound calls to customers for sales, collections, or other purposes.

**3)**Process customer requests and update records accordingly.

**4)**Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.

**5)**Meet performance targets set by the organization.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
