**Job Description - Architect** Organise Contour and boundary survey & get report Making Site visit to understand Topography, surroundings, any unique constraints of the plot Meet local architects, consultants and authorities, refer local bye laws and prepare feasibility Prepare Good For Construction drawings Prepare all finishes drawing for civil hard finishes, fabrication and furniture and fixture Coordinate with Structural and MEP consultants to get coordinated drawings Tracking of all revisions in drawings issued by consultants Ensure latest revision drawing is available on site and with all others concerned Scrutiny of each drawing received from consultants (architect and structural engineer) to find if there is any conflict between drawing and site condition Comparing drawing set received from architect and structural consultant to find anomalies and mismatch. Coordination between these two external agencies to resolve and rectify such anomalies & mismatch On receiving "Request for Information" from project manager (execution) follow up with consultants and revert back with solution Developing Design Templates based on the knowledge gathered after project completion and sharing with peers and colleagues as best practise **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent **Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹61,095.68 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Gurgaon City, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
