SpaceCraft a startup under Starfish Growth Partners LLP has partnered with well-renowned real estate builders in Hyderabad and Bangalore to sell residential & commercial properties, interior design and landscaping services.

Due to its steady growth, Spacecraft immediately requires Junior Architects for the Company’s Indore operations. The role holder must have an impeccable sense of design, architectural rendering and creativity required for the role.

**Responsibilities**:
Meet with clients to discuss the design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.

Gather the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.

Provide clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.

Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval.

Rework and modify designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.

Provide management with estimates on cost, time, machinery, construction, and other specifications.

Use creativity to create harmonious, aesthetically pleasing, and functional landscaped areas

Perform site analyses that include the assessment of soil conditions, lighting, the view, and the architectural style of the building.

Plan the landscape, structures within, hardscape, retaining walls, pathways, and other civil work

Support the choice of plants to suit the landscape taking into account the colour, foliage, climatic conditions, life cycles, height and spread etc

Plan the finished area by sketching it to scale [detailed drawings].

Ability to communicate well with clients and other workers [contractors, supervisors, etc.]

Ensure that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.

Ensure all vital information and documentation are recorded and maintained.

Remain up-to-date with the latest design trends.

**Requirements and Skills**

A degree in Architecture with proven working experience as an Architect [one to two years]

Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills

Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software [Adobe Photoshop, ProE, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar]

Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

Visual awareness and an eye for detail

Communication and project management skills

Ability to handle a minimum of 20 design work projects in a month

**Salary range**:
**25,000.00 - 30,000.00**[one to two years experience, salary to be determined based on skills, experience and professional ability]

**15,000.00 - 20,000.00** [Freshers with out-of-the-ordinary design sense are also encouraged to apply]

**Location: Indore**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
