**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **conceptualization and development of architectural designs**.
- Prepare **detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models** using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Support in **material selection, project planning, and feasibility studies**.
- Ensure designs comply with **local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations**.
- Coordinate with **engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders** for project execution.
- Assist in preparing **presentations, reports, and documentation** for clients and internal reviews.
- Stay updated on **architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture** from a recognized institution.
- **1-2 years of experience** in architectural design or related roles.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design tools**.
- Strong knowledge of **building materials, construction techniques, and detailing**.
- Understanding of **building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles**.
- Excellent **problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills**.
- Ability to **manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines**.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in **residential/commercial/infrastructure projects**.
- Familiarity with **BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools** is a plus.
- Exposure to **project coordination and client interactions**.
