Junior Architect – Full-Time (On-Site, Indore)Company DescriptionPankaj Rokadiya & Associates (PRAA) is a distinguished boutique design firm based in Indore, specializing in architectural, engineering, and interior design consultancy for the real estate and infrastructure sectors. With over three decades of expertise, PRAA has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of projects, including institutional, corporate, residential, and retail developments, as well as assignments for leading Oil and Gas companies.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Indore. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to architectural design, project management, and software integration, while gaining exposure to diverse projects across multiple domains.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative and functional architectural designs for luxury residential and commercial projects.Prepare construction documentation, specifications, and technical drawings.Create detailed 3D models, high-quality renderings, and walkthroughs for both interior and exterior designs.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project timelines, while maintaining design integrity and quality standards.Conduct site visits and surveys for accurate measurements and data collection.Assist in specifying materials and finishes, ensuring their accurate representation in drawings.Revise and update drawings based on project scope changes or client feedback.Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions for easy access.Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors to ensure design intent is properly executed.Required Qualifications and SkillsDiploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Strong skills in SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop for 3D modeling, rendering, and graphic presentations.Basic knowledge of building codes, construction methodologies, and architectural principles.Application ProcessIf you are passionate about architecture and eager to advance your career within a dynamic and forward-thinking firm, we invite you to apply.Please submit your CV, portfolio, and a brief cover letter to:📩 mansi@praa.co.inWe look forward to reviewing your application and exploring the possibility of working together.
