**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Architect to assist in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects. This role involves supporting senior architects and project teams in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing design. The Junior Architect is responsible for drafting, research, coordination tasks, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed architectural plans.

2. Create 2D and 3D drawings, models, and rendering using CAD software.

3. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material list.

4. Analyse site conditions and environmental factors affecting design.

5. Work closely with senior architects, and engineers, to ensure design coherence and technical accuracy.

6. Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.

7. Conduct site visits to gather data and monitor project progress.

8. Assist in identifying and resolving on-site issues under the guidance of senior architects.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable design practices.

**Desired Qualifications**:
Bachelors /Master’s Degree in Architecture.

1-3 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a design firm or architectural practice.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.

Proficiency in software including AutoCad, SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite
