As a Calling Collection Associate, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments on accounts. You will manage and resolve account delinquencies, negotiate payment plans, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Your role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, analysing account histories, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve collection goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers to discuss and collect overdue payments.

Negotiate and establish payment plans with customers.

Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.

Resolve customer disputes and issues related to account balances.

Follow up on payment arrangements and monitor accounts for compliance.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations regarding collections.

Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.

Experience in collections or customer service is preferred.

Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or collections is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
