Ensuring the running of all ambulances
- Ensuring Medicines, Consumables, Logbook, Patient consent Form and necessary items availability in ambulance.
- Frequently Check the Medicines Expiration date and Vehicle registration as well as Insurance.
- Random Monitoring of Ambulance movements with the monitoring of Log Book, Fuel Tracking, Patient Consent form and other activities of Ambulance Crew Members.
- Submission of TA DA bills and patty cash bills to HO timely.
- Ensure Cleanliness, Hygiene and Maintenance of Ambulance through Pilot and EMT.
- Ensure the Service of ambulance on time
- Monitoring of TYRE Life / maintenance cost and Fuel average of ambulances.
- Vendor development for fuel & maintenance.
- Liosoning with DM /SSP/CMO/ DPM/ Media/ Block level Officers and Local Leaders.
Imprest and Expense Account maintained properly and submission to Divisional manager monthly.
- Pre requisitions of medicines, consumables, Registers, formats and other related items.
- Ensure indent should reach on time

Ensure all non working equipments should replaced on time.
- Submission of monthly Operations and Fleet reports.
- Submission of Leave Application of EMT and Pilots reports to HR.
- Submission of daily Attendance to H.R.

Submission of first information of accident to fleet department.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
