The role involves 3 major aspects:
Selling products, maintaining a good relationship with customers and keeping the store presentable.

**Selling Products**

ONLINE ORDERS

1. Manage orders placed on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook & Website in a timely manner.

2. Alert the team members once an order is placed via WhatsApp.

3. Ensuring the workflow is managed from the point of order received to order delivery.

4. Ensuring that all complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.

5.Make sure you learn everything about the material so that you can suggest the same to the clients.

**OFFLINE ORDERS**

1. Manage orders placed by walk in clients.

**Maintaining a good relationship with customers**

1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships..

4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

8. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports, Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

9. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

**Continuously improve through feedback**

**Keeping the store presentable.**

1. Make a checklist of cleaning that you need to takecare of.

2. Vaccum the reception, main room and trail room.

3. Make sure all the garments and dusted, threads are removed and (steamed if needed).

4. Keep rotating the stocks

5. Make sure everyday flowers are kept in the reception, Agrabatti are lit.

**REQUIREMENTS**
Good at Malayalam, Better proficency in English
