**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Telesales Staff in the IT sector, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to potential clients and present our products and services effectively. You will need to understand client needs, build relationships, and achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include:

- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients within the IT sector
- Understanding client needs and presenting our products and services effectively
- Achieving sales targets and quotas through effective communication and negotiation
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
