**Role & Responsibilities: -**
- Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with clients.
- Responsible for Managing Customer Relationship, Ensuring Sales Growth, Building Sales Strategies, Attending Sales Calls in field.
- Develop and implement for sales and marketing strategies which will focus on promoting the products, retain customer, generate revenue and market expansion.
- Responsible for all marketing and sales activities, from lead generation through contract closing.
- Handling IT hardware or software problems. Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer/IT Products systems and networks, both before and after the sale.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our hardware solutions.
- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer hardware/software offered by the company.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer appropriate IT solutions, and generate sales.
- Develop new business opportunities through effective lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
- Utilize strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to negotiate deals and close sales.
- Manage existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- 3-5 years of experience in sales & presales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware sales, including servers, laptops, desktops, switches, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through lead generation and territory management.
- Passion for sales and business development management.
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Skilled in CRM and lead generation platforms. Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Positive attitude towards work.
- A degree in marketing, sales, communication, business management, or a similar field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
