**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**1. BPO (International)**

**Job Description**:
1. Answer in bound and Outbond calls

2. Resolve customer quarries (international)

3. Rotational shift for boys

4. 11 am to 8.00 pm shift to girls

5. Transport facility will provide for late night shift(only for boys)

6. Night allowance are there

7. No target

8. Excellent English communication

9. Location : Navi Mumbai

11. Education: Graduate

12. Exp: 02 to 04 yrs

13. Age : upto 30

**2. BPO (Domestic)**

Requirement - 07 people

1. Call answering

2. Domestic BPO

3. Qualification : 12th and above

4. Age : not more than 30

5. Exp : 01 to 05

6. English speaking is not that mandatory

7. Location: Can prefer from Navi Mumbai, Thane, Dombivli, Mulund

**Skills**:
Competent technical knowledge

Ability to multitask
