**Profile - Architectural Draughtsman**

**Eligibility**

**8 - 10 yrs of experience from Warehouse background.**

**Highest Package Cap - 60K to 80K**

Architectural Draftsman responsibilities include:JOB DISCRIBTION
- **An associate’s degree or certification program in architectural drafting, or similar.**:

- **Prior experience into Warehousing as an architectural draftsman will be advantageous.**:

- **Advanced proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.**:

- **Coordination with various stakeholders like Client / various internal disciplines like projects / electrical / mechanical / architect / civil / PEB vendors for effective engineering management**:

- **Knowledge of statutory regulations will have added advantage.**:

- **Visual awareness and an eye for detail**:

- **Shall be able to able to check & review vendors / As built / shop drawing.**:

- **Strong organizational and time management abilities.**:

- **Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **Working with an architect, to generate Plan Sections Elevations and other relevant details for individual projects.**:

- **Co-ordination work with Internal and external team.**:

- **Studies building codes and regulations and determines how they will affect architectural designs.**:

- **Visits project sites to gather data needed to complete designs.**:

- **Determines the types of materials needed and calculates the quantity to be ordered**.
