- Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.
- Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
- Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.
- Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
- Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.

Software - AutoCad, Ms-office, SketchUp, Revit

Experience - 1 to 3 Years

**Skills**:

- Able to do detailed GFC working drawings ( Plans, Sections & Elevations)
- Able to read architectural & Civil drawings
- Have a knowledge of Calculations of Area Statements
- Good at Presentation Drawings
- Good Communication, Team Work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Three: 1 year (preferred)
