The candidtae will be based at Mumbai location handling following,
- Inventory Planning & Transportation
- Tender Management
- Good at Basic Excel and exposure to SCM related software /Systems
- Good Know how of Pharma Trade Margins / Trade relations

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accountable for Distribution network /CFA Operations/Mother warehouse Ops & related cost management ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless customer servicing
- Inventory Planning : Demand Planning and Distribution Planning with a aim to ensure stock availability as per business inventory norms and demand pattern
- Focus on business hygiene in area of Order to Cash cycle and monitoring SLA on customer servicing, receivable management, Order Execution TAT ,OTIF and other relevant matrices
- Leading the tender business in terms of participating in tenders ( Online/Offline), with knowhow of tender documentation and process.

5 Managing Customer Order approval process in terms of Pricing / GC calculations /compliance on scheme special rates issued by CFA

6 Responsible for Export Logistics and collaborating with Business development/Finance team and respective CHA

7. Strengthening the business process by Conceptualizing and driving automation /IT projects related to Logistics function in collaboration with IT and other stake holders

8. Leading execution of promotional dispatches ensuring promo dispatch planning and availability as per cycle defined by marketing team

9. Conducting review meetings for Logistics function and Publishing of MIS every month

10. Focus and driving Learning and development of Logistics team in respective area of operation
