**1. Video Editing**
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging final outputs for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Cut, trim, color-correct, add transitions, sound effects, subtitles, animations, and graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency in editing style, fonts, colors, and messaging.
- Create short reels, event after-movies, product teasers, corporate videos, and campaign videos.

**2. Videography (Video Shooting)**
- Plan, set up, and execute video shoots, both indoor and outdoor.
- Handle basic shooting equipment (DSLRs, gimbals, microphones, tripods, lights).
- Frame aesthetically pleasing shots — angles, lighting, movement, storytelling through video.
- Ensure smooth capture of interviews, events, product shoots, café ambiance, team stories, etc.
- Manage on-site shoot coordination (scouting locations, setting up lighting and audio).

**3. Basic Graphic Designing**
- Create simple and clean graphics for video needs (titles, lower-thirds, logos, posters, thumbnails).
- Design promotional posts, story templates, YouTube thumbnails, and quick event creatives.
- Understand brand guidelines for maintaining a consistent visual identity.
- Use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for basic tasks.

**4. Content Collaboration**
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to conceptualize videos and campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative storytelling and campaign ideas.
- Suggest creative angles, video concepts, and innovative content formats for brand engagement.

5**. Learning and Innovation**
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, shooting styles, graphic styles, and social media content innovations.
- Recommend and experiment with new ideas like trending reel styles, motion graphics, or AI tools for editing.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator (for design support).
- Good eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines for fast-moving campaigns.
- Basic sound design and color grading knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
