**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling short-form videos for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with project goals.
- Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices during filming sessions.
- Ensure all footage and audio captured is of high quality and meets project requirements.
- Edit videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as needed to enhance the video quality.
- Manage and organize video files, ensuring efficient file storage and retrieval.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video production and editing techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in shooting and editing short videos.
- Proficiency in operating video cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of video production processes from concept to completion.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Knowledge of color grading and audio mixing techniques.
- Understanding of social media platforms and video formatting requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
