**Job Title**: General Trainer
**Location**: Gold's Gym Gopanpalli

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans for members.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients maintain correct form to prevent injuries.
- Monitor the gym floor, providing guidance and support to members during workouts.
- Assist with equipment usage and ensure all gym equipment is clean and operational.
- Conduct group workout sessions and functional training classes as required.
- Motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a positive attitude throughout their fitness journey.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to offer innovative training approaches.
- Maintain a safe and clean workout environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in personal training or fitness (ACE, ISSA, NASM, or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience as a general trainer or in a fitness coaching role.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Passionate about health and fitness with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: ₹10,178.51 - ₹50,000.00 per month
