Job Responsibilities:

- Should have handled Admin activities like Housekeeping, Space Management, Guest Management, Event Management. Additional admin related activities experience in handling Physical Security, Cafeteria, Transport would be preferred etc.
- Should have knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001.
- Should be able to manage events like client visits, sales meet, AGM, Business events etc.
- Develop and manage profile related budget including monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, automation, implement process improvements and best practices.
- Effective collaboration with other teams and departments to cater requirements.
- Effective vendor management along with coordinating with external vendors and contractors for specialized services and ensuring their timely payments.
- Prepare and share reports, MIS, Dashboards etc as and when required.
- Should have good knowledge in MS Office - Powerpoint, Advance Excel
- Excellent documentation skills
- Should be able to handle multiple portfolios and work under tight timelines.
- Should be adaptable and willing to do any role as assigned by Manager
